About The Film:
Shot during the Fall of 1996 on location in Los Angeles, "The Wedding Singer" was a lot of fun to make. Herlihy wrote it and Frank Coraci, Sandler's buddy from NYU, directed it. All of the scenes in the banquet halls were done at the legendary Ambassador Hotel. Drew Barrymore is a really nice person so it was cool to hang out with her everyday. Plus it was fun to look at Covert when he had that goofy hair and moustache.
