I'm very disappointed. I was lead to believe that, after choosing a movie from the selections that are offered, I was going to get to watch my selection "for free". About 30-35 minutes into my selection, it popped up a message and said that I had watched my 72 minutes that I entitled to and that I had to either wait 30 minutes or go to Mega Video.
I waited the 30 minutes and it does not continue. I then chose the link to go to Mega Video, only to find that now I was being hustled into signing up for your service. What a crappy way to bulldog people into signing up for something that didn't even give me the 72 minutes that supposedly I was entitled to and that they said I had watched and but had not even been given an "honest" amount of time. It would've been different if I had chosen to try out the 72 minute trial movie and then got to decide if I liked what you were offering, and signed up to be able to complete the viewing. I feel that your dishonesty shows poor business practices and very unprofessional for your company.
Shame on you! Times are tough. You as a business have to be savvy enough to offer consumers a good product or service, to feel that they got something for their money and are happy to pay for it. You establish loyal followers who go on to share that info and their experiences with others- creating more business, thus comes profit.
I love movies. I love to get a good deal for my money. Integrity and value go along way. Maybe not always the quickest or cheapest way, but builds a good foundation and reputation which will carry you through the hard economic times of today.
